Shipping & Returns

The current Carter Privé website does not list purchasable inventory or accept online payment. Shipping, delivery, alteration, cancellation, and return terms will be confirmed in writing for the specific transaction before payment.

Order-specific confirmation

Before an order is placed, the client should receive written confirmation of the exact item or service, known specifications, price, applicable tax, estimated timing, payment terms, delivery method, and any return or cancellation limitations.

Delivery and returns

Shipping costs, insurance, signature requirements, return eligibility, refund timing, and any restrictions for custom or special-order pieces are provided with the individual quote. Please review and agree to those terms before authorizing an order.
